Quite possibly the easiest and most flavorful steak you’ll ever need! This is @chinsu_usa’s signature Golden Lava Sauce paired with our beautiful piece of churrasco steak, one of my favorite cuts of all meat. You can use this sauce to coat nearly every protein out there too!

Instructions

First, prepare the Golden Lava Sauce by mincing the garlic and combining it with Chin-Su hot sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and the juice from the lime. Stir well. Next, prepare the churrasco steak(s) by lightly coating with olive oil and seasoning with salt. Fire up your grill or pan to medium-high heat. Sear the steak until it’s cooked to your liking. While the steak is cooking or immediately after, lightly simmer the prepared Golden Lava Sauce in a small pan until it's glossy. Finally, coat the cooked churrasco steak generously with the Golden Lava Sauce. Enjoy!
