Baked Brie with Crostini

1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Slice baguette into enough pieces to fit a baking sheet. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil on the baguette slices, sprinkle a little coarse salt, and bake for 10 minutes.
3. Score your brie in a crosshatch pattern, being careful not to cut too deep or all the way through. Place the brie in a large ramekin or baking dish. Top the brie with honey, salt, pepper, chili flakes, pistachios, and rosemary. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until melted and bubbly.
4. Serve immediately with a trivet, hot pad, or kitchen heat pad underneath the hot ramekin. Dip your crostini and enjoy!
