Instructions

1. Dice strawberries (you may cut a few heart shaped strawberries and set aside if you’d like!).
2. Mix greek yogurt, strawberries, and honey together in a bowl.
3. Set parchment paper on a baking sheet and spoon as many strawberry greek yogurt circles as you can fit (I did 6 big ones). Place in freezer for 2 hours or until it can be poked without indenting.
4. Heat your chocolate melts in a microwave in a large bowl in increments of 15sec, stirring in between, until they are melted completely (it took me 3 pulses). Mix your matcha powder into your white chocolate until all combined.
5. Fully dip your frozen strawberry greek into your white chocolate matcha and place back on parchment paper to let harden. Top with strawberries and enjoy!
