These potatoes are incredibly addicting! The gochujang chive dip adds a superb oomph and depth to each bite. A great dish to make for friendsgiving or any gathering.
1. Preheat oven at 425F.
2. Boil potatoes for 25 minutes.
3. Mince garlic.
4. Melt butter and mix with minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and chicken bouillon.
5. Once potatoes are done boiling, drain them, pat dry the moisture, lightly coat your potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, then spread them on your baking sheet that’s lined with parchment paper.
6. Smash potatoes with a cup or flat surface of your choice (flatten your potatoes to your thickness liking! flat for crispiness, thick for a balance of crispy and full bites).
7. With a spoon, spread your garlic butter on your smashed potatoes.
8. Cook for 25-30 minutes until desired crispiness.
9. Mix all the ingredient above for the gochujang chive dip (sour cream, heavy cream, onion powder, chives, gochujang).
10. Once done baking, dip, and enjoy!
