Coming back to my baking ways, we decided to make Valentines cookies. As much as I love crispy ones, cheesecake filled cookies are bussin’ bussin’. I left the bottoms slightly over cooked for texture while the inside is nice and ✨creamy✨. They are light on the sweetness scale too. Save cookies in fridge because they have cream cheese inside (2-3 days). If you want a very robust strawberry taste, add strawberry extract instead of vanilla extract (and red food coloring for presentation). Share these with your loved ones and I hope you enjoy!
